MLL Wears Lululemon Run: Speed Shorts

Screen shot 2013-04-23 at 11.53.32 PMAs ALL of you know, I’m a huge fan of all things Lululemon, but what you might not know is that a few weeks ago I had an opportunity of a lifetime and was invited into the Lululemon world to be featured in some of their photo shoots!  I can’t even begin to tell you how honoured Continue reading

I’ll Show You Mine: 2012 San Francisco 2nd Half Marathon Edition

Here’s my 2nd installment in my “I’ll Show You Mine” series.  People often ask me what I wear during races and why, so I thought this was a great way of listing what I wear, why I love it, and what keeps me fueled during specific races.

I’ll Show You Mine: BMO Vancouver Marathon Edition

head to toe

One of the most common questions I get asked is what do I wear when I run. So I’m going to give you the run down on what I wore head to toe for the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon this past Sunday. Running attire is an incredibly personal thing, what works for me may not work for you and sometimes it’s a game of hit or miss, fingers crossed that those “misses” occur during a relatively short run during training and not in the middle a half marathon.
