After a (way too) long hiatus I’m back to the blogosphere! Where have I been? What have I been doing? Have I been hibernating? Well, life has been a fun and exciting ride this last year and a half, full of huge life changes, relocation, and of course, beautiful trails!
Since I last posted, a year and a half ago, here’s what I’ve been up to:
I GOT MARRIED!!! (photo by: Chelsea Coleman)
I RAN MY FIRST ULTRA (it was hard, there was a lot of dry heaving)! (photo by: Glenn Tachiyama)
I MET SOME AMAZING PEOPLE! (I still can’t believe I met Kara Goucher)
TRAILS WHERE I LIVE LOOK LESS LIKE THIS NOW…
I’VE MET SOME OF MY AMAZING OISELLE VOLEE TEAMMATES!
AND I GOT TO WITNESS MY HUSBAND RUN 100 MILES! (I’m still in awe)
So yes, life has been busy, sweaty, exciting, messy at times and full of great trails, friends and family. I appreciate you guys sticking with me, being patient and following my journey on my other social media platforms, but my blog is now back! I’ll be working on a site re-vamp, which, if you saw my previous site, you’ll already notice it looks a little different, so bear with me as the changes start to happen. I’ll also be working hard to get some reviews to you guys ASAP, and some videos too! If you have any requests on what you’d like to see me blog about/review, or if you have any questions or if you just want to say hi, leave me a comment below!
xoxo, MLL
Welcome back! I always enjoy reading about your adventures!

Glad you’re back!!!! My wife have picked up running while we were in the US after I’ve introduced her to your posts (she was stoked, inspired and picking up snapbacks for her run!). Now we’ve repatriated back to our home country (just about less than a month) and she has been excited to do trail hunting and running. Looking forward to your next post!

Good to see you back, looking forward to more blogs. Bit of a random suggestion but I would love to hear your recommendation on running underwear for long distance running. Have so far found it impossible to find anything comfortable, in the UK anyway.

Thanks Tina! That’s a great suggestion, I’ve talked about it briefly (pardon the pun), but I’ll definitely do something on it again and with more suggestions. So far, I’ve found that the Lululemon Mula Bandha thong underwear are great for wearing with tights, etc… I’m waiting on some Oiselle underwear to test out too, I have their Randies, and they are awesome, but do show a slight VPL, if that matters to you.

Thanks Kim, that’s great. I can get luluemon gear in the UK too so will be giving those a try.
Happy running!

Welcome back! Love reading your posts and I appreciate the inspiration and creativity that you put into your blog. It’s kept me motivated to run and have fun!
PS Absolutely love your style and would love to know more about layering for trail runs in Vancouver. It’s cold and wet out here and if you could suggest any items that a new runner should have I’m all ears!
