    You guys are inspirational!! The Ginger Runner videos are all the more fantastic with you in them too. I am trying to get back into long distance running after a bad ankle sprain– bad as in .. I didn’t know ankles could swell to a size I call: Trump’s Ego.

    Starting slow.. Want to get back to 50 miles a week…AND also win the lottery, summit Everest ( with a steep discount), learn fluent Japanese— all by August…:)

    Can you and the hubby do a video where you outline such a training program as described above?

    Perhaps a 50 mile mountain run in Nepal with scratch off tickets at the rest stations. A detour up to the summit while listening to Rosetta Stone podcasts?
